The Hellenic Travel Guide

(Acropolis Hill: photograph courtesy of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture)

Compiled by Stelios Jackson and Mark Stephanou
1999-2002

This is ours, all ours. Thanks to Markos Stepahonos and I hope you enjoy our asides to the various and diverse mainland islands that make up the quite wonderful world of Greece. Marcos and I have written our pieces on just about every place you may wish to visit in Greece. Feel free to e-mail me with your links, it is a free service. Stelios Jackson

Beware of Greeks bearing gifts! ... Sorry! This is the site that I have gleaned most of the museum and Ancient Site material from and it is one of the most informative you can find. You can also go to the Greek Ministry of Culture's site and check out opening hours etc. of virtually all the museums and sites of Greece.

A real enthusiast's site this. I shall be adding links to the various places that Mike Mason's excellent site covers, within their respective geographical areas, before the end of July '02. In the meantime click on the pic and have a look for yourself; it even includes a message board which looks wonderfully informative. SJ
