Jim brings over twenty years of professional experience to consulting projects. Unlike typical IT careers, Jim started his career in Internal Auditing. He performed and led financial, operational, and EDP audits at major corporations. After ten years in Internal Audit and two credentials, Jim accepted a position as a Lead Analyst developing applications and databases for property insurance and workers compensation claims processing.

At Deltanet, Jim was responsible for managing IT projects as well as client and vendor relationships in the Northeast US territory. After Deltanet, Jim accepted a position with Unibrain SA, a firewire hardware and software manufacturer based in Athens, Greece as their E-Commerce Manager. Jim worked on redesigning the company's web sites for the American market, and growing their online business.

Since September 2002, Jim has focused on Lucas Consulting. Within two years he has built a growing business. Lucas Consulting has built E-Commerce sites, provided hardware & software consulting, and has created marketing advertisements for US and Greek companies. Jim is looking forward to guiding Lucas Consulting to a bright future.

Jim is a San Francisco resident and is very active within business groups in the city. He is Greek/American and speaks Greek fluently. He is very active within the San Francisco Greek community and donates time to various charitable organizations. He regularly posts news and articles of interest to the SFG Blog and LC Blog.
